the BetterRest.csv ... doesnt have a link to download it just shows the speadsheet inside the webpage. There is no link like the other files to download.

Go to https://github.com/twostraws/HackingWithSwift. Clic on the green Download button and select Download ZIP. Once downloaded, unzip the archive and go to the project4-files sub folder. Here it is.
