What process do you take to perform code review?
Suggested approach: This isn’t a coding question but that doesn’t mean it’s not important: are you able to take part in (and perhaps lead) meaningful code review sessions that are encouraging and useful? Code review is a skill that needs to be honed just like any other – what do you think is required for a good code review session? How important is it to have discussion on pull requests? Are there particular things you look for?
