Best way to sync Obsidian markdown files to Apple Watch?

I use obsidian for notes and want to render some of them on my apple watch. I know how to render them once the files are local but I'm not sure what a great way to sync from Obsidian to my AW is.

My first thought was to use a symlink so that relevant obsidian folder is cloud synced via onedrive or google drive, and to then use an API to download from cloud to local on my apple watch; this seems kinda complicated and messy though, so I was wondering if there was some easier way.

This seems reaonable. But I don't know Obsidian. So I'm no help with that.
