What's the iOS 16 version of AnnotationOverflowResolution?

Hi all,

I'm working on an app that uses many charts. Those charts have annotations, which can be moved by the user. But when the user exits the plot area of the chart, the annotation also does, which causes a weird-looking graph. In iOS 17, apple solved this problem with AnnotationOverflowResolution, but I want my app to be available on iOS 16 devices as well. Is there a solution for this?
