TabView does not tap icon to pop to top of the stack, is this expected?

Hi all,

I am mostly confirming the behaviour of TabView to see I haven't missed something obvious.

In UKKit the UITabBarController controller would pop to the top of the stack, in SwiftUI the TabView does not nothing when you tap on the icon.

Is this the expected behaviour and is there a supported way to ask it to pop to the top of stack?
