Hi there, new here :)

I was looking into the switchroo project and a question came to mind. I'm still getting used to SwiftUI but I was wondering: how can you trigger an animation on the Letter below the Letter you are dragging? For example, animating the letter below up a bit if the drag state is good. I'm not asking about the animation code but the process of triggering something on the Letter that you are not dragging.
