scrollTo button outside of ScrollViewReader?

Hi! I found the blog post explaining how to create a scrollTo button inside a ScrollViewReader, which works fine.

My problem is, that my button is outside of the ScrollViewReader because my navigation is in a ZStack on top of the scrolling content. Is it possible to use that scrollTo method regardless? Or call the scrollTo method from outside?
