Right time to install Xcode 14 Beta?

Any views on when is the right time to try the xcode 14 Beta? Is it bleeding edge or should we all jump on?

I installed it and tried it out for a couple days and then removed it and reinstalled Xcode 13.4.1. The beta screwed something up because i can no longer switch between light and dark mode with cmd shift A. Not sure what happened. Ive tried every solution including removing all references to Xcode on my system and installing a fresh copy. Still cant use cmd shift A.

My advice stay away from beta software, way to many bugs.
