Problem with live Preview in Xcode 15.0.1 running in MacOS Ventura 13.6.1

Has any of you successfully viewed your app inside the live Preview window of Xcode 15.0.1? I have the HackingWithSwift WeSplit SwiftIU project in my Xcode 15.0.1 unning in MacOS Ventura 13.6.1, and no matter which Preview Device I choose (example iPhone 8), it always fails with some error. Any suggestions?

The error in the Preview window is:

== PREVIEW UPDATE ERROR:

RemoteHumanReadableError: Timed out waiting for launch/connect to Xcode Previews after 30.0 seconds.

Has anyone out there gotten the Preview window to work in Xcode 15.0.1???
