OutlineGroup and EditButton - Move/Delete functions

Is there an example of using an OutlineGroup with the abiltiy to move/rearrange rows - including moving rows to different levels of indentation in the heirarchy?

If not, I assume we have to build our own by using List and DisclosureGroup?
