I'm seeking guidance on some simple options (if they exist) for creation of an app landing page. I'm working on submitting my first app to the app store. I own a domain and am generally familiar with some of the considerations, but I have never created a site.

I'm trying to find something inexpensive as I put my toe in the water. I've read alot about GitHub pages and it seems that might be a reasonable hosting strategy. I've successfully setup a simple proof-of-concept. However, I still need the content to host!!

This is where I'm seeking some guidance. Where can I find some simple app store landing page templates that I could adapt for my own use? I've poked around some sources (eg, Canva, Wix) but haven't found anything useful for my simple needs. I need to spend more time with this research.
