iDine folder issue

Strange one finished the iDine project and am unable to the delete the iDine folder, through trash or terminal. In terminal it says there are files in the folder. None, even Command+Shift+. shows nothing. Anyone else? System rebooted numerous times and force quit all apps and still no joy.
