How to implement a swipe operation in the other scroll direction for a ScrollView?

Hi, I'm leanring SwiftUI to build a Photo gallery app. I'm using a horizontal ScrollView to display the photo list. Now I want to support some new feature like swipe up or down to archive the photos. I didn't find any tutorials for SwiftUI ScrollView. Could anyone teach me how to implement this?
