SOLVED: How do I push a new view automatically in a Navigation View?

Forums > SwiftUI

I want to start my app with a view that already is the destination to a Navigation Link in another view. I want the app to start in a way that already shows the back button to the previous view, along with the NavigationView() from the "parent" view. How do I do that?

I suggest you watch Paul's excellent video about the NavigationView as I think it will definitely help you. You can find the link to the video here: https://www.hackingwithswift.com/articles/216/complete-guide-to-navigationview-in-swiftui

He talks about programmatic navigation in the video and there is lots of example code to learn from.
