SOLVED: How do I push a new view automatically in a Navigation View?

I want to start my app with a view that already is the destination to a Navigation Link in another view. I want the app to start in a way that already shows the back button to the previous view, along with the NavigationView() from the "parent" view. How do I do that?

He talks about programmatic navigation in the video and there is lots of example code to learn from.
