Functions in a separate swift file.

Forums > SwiftUI

Can you put a "function" in its own .swift file and call it and return a result?

Yep.

Just wondering if you "tried" putting the "function" in its own .swift file and found it didn't "work" ?

I have not put my function in a seperate swift file. I thought I have seen in one of Pauls video's how to do this but can't seem to find it. I'll keep hunting.

Figured it out with a bit of help from a video by Sean Allen on MVVM on YouTube...
