Emailing JSON files saved in app documents folder

Hey guys,

I was wondering if someone could help me with emailing JSON files from an apps documents folder. Currently my app will allow my admin page to view all the files created in the apps documents folder and delete them. But i'm also wanting to put in place a button that just emails all the files or selected files to the admin. I can't seem to find any information on how to do it online.

Is there any information on how to accomplish this? Or Is there a way to pull the apps documents once its connected back to a computer?
