Chips (tags) in List View for filtering

Hi,

I try to make filters in list (additionaly search field) with tags (chips) under text field.

I noticed cool solution in Apple app: App Store (screen).

Have you guys any idea how make this? Its implement in Swift UI or its custom thing?

I try toolbar or looking this in list modifiers but with no success.
