Can VideoPlayer access the files in an iPad TVApp homevideos library?

VideoPlayer works great with videos I put in my app Bundle as per Paul's article using:

VideoPlayer(player: AVPlayer(url: Bundle.main.url(forResource: "video", withExtension: "mp4")!))

But what if I want to play a file that is in a user's iPad TVApp Home Library, or Home Sharing, or Family Sharing directories - does anyone know how/if that can be done?
