Best way to create NSTableView style grid in SwiftUI

What would be the recommended way to create NSTableView style grid in SwiftUI ? LazyVStack containing HStacks for rows ? (think db viewer type app)

I am creating a similar app and ran into the same question. I have not found a SwiftUI answer yet, but it is possible to use an actual NSTableView inside your SwiftUI app with this tutorial: https://dev.to/hugh_jeremy/adding-an-nstableview-to-a-swiftui-view-212p

@voidgraphics thnx for the pointer. I think it might not work for my use case since this will be targeting iPadOS but will def. help anyone looking for the solution for MacOS
