Wondering if anyone has a solution to get this working. I read a few scattered posts here and there about it not working, and potentially a bug? I have Focus working as it should in other places, and it's nice, just not with onAppear... I have two sheets in my app which would benefit greatly from the textfield being foccused onAppear, I think the user experience takes a big hit when you have to click again when the main point of the sheet is the Textfield (i.e search screen). I've tried both the Bool and enum/equals.

Hey, maybe share some code of your sheets? My first thought is why not just initialize @FocusState to whatever you need, without onAppear?
