Swift Package View not showing

Good afternoon all,

I am trying to learn how to write Swift package. I've been working on one that will go out and fetch the JSON data of all my apps and then process that data and show the apps in a carousel type view.

When I run the Swift package I can see data has been retrieved and decoded. But for some reason my views are not showing up.

I could use some help with this. If anyone can look at the code I can provide a link to my GitHub repo for the package
