No Personal Team?

Forums > Swift

Hey, everyone!

I'm learning SwiftUI development and I'm having trouble figuring out how to sign an app to put on my iPhone. Looking online it seems like I'm supposed to have access to a free team with my Apple ID (Personal, Free, or something like that). When I look in my Xcode settings, however, I see a thing that says "no teams."

Could it be that I was previously a developer program member and am no longer? I emailed Apple but they only gave me a generic response with nothing pertaining to my actual situation here. They told me to go to the developer forums. Somehow I think I'll actually get better help here rather than there. Does anyone know how I can get past this screen?

I just renewed my membership and now my team shows up. Not ideal, but I plan on submitting to the app store eventually so I was going to have to do that eventually.
