I propose an update to the following page:

Where the second code block could read:

var personObserver: NSKeyValueObservation?
personObserver = taylor.observe(\Person.name, options: .new) { person, change in
    print("I'm now called \(person.name)")
}

Like this, the yellow warning disappears and the observer remains in memory (via the reference). ~R
