[Solved] Why the heck is IBOutlet stuck on IBAction?

Forums > iOS

So... like the title implies, for some reason when I drag a button or a text field into my class to use as an IBOutlet, it wont let me select an IBOutlet and only lets me use it as an IBAction. This doesn't happen in any of my other projects, what is going on?!

I guess your class is not connected to the storyboard? Meaning if you are using this with view controller the storyboard view controller does not have custom class selected.

Oh my goodness, that was my problem. Welp, I won't make that mistake again! Thanks :)
