UIButton background color for state

Forums > iOS

Just a small question; To my knowledge it is not possible to set a different background color for different button states, just like you can do with the title? Is this still the case with swift 5, iOS13+?

I now handle this myself in my custom button class, but just wondering if I might overlooked something?

I get what you mean. But you could tap into default isSelected method? I toggle it on each button press and depending on that state i change the color. Hope that helps ;) buttons
