Kolibri: Generate SwiftUI code from designs & animations, now with brand new native mac app

Forums > App Announcements

I updated my app "Kolibri for SwiftUI" recently to version 2.0 and it now includes an animation editor. I think it's pretty cool that now not only can you draw your vector designs but also animate them. And let Kolibri generate the SwiftUI code for everything, including the animations!

It's still a pretty new app and has its "problems" and features missing but I think it's really cool and has potential. It's the most complex app I ever did since I started in 2008.

Please let me know what you think is still missing or what isn't working how you expect etc. I really appreciate it.

Thanks!

Sandro

Kolibri is now at version 6.0 with a brand new macOS Version

I have totally rewritten the mac app to make it more native and feel right at home. I think it's a really cool app now. You just design vectors like you would in Sketch or Figma and you can even animate them with the integrated animation editor. But with the bonus that you automatically get generated SwiftUI code!

You can also use SF Symbols in your designs and worked on more keyboard shortcuts and performance too.

It especially looks great in dark mode!

Oh and it has SVG import too:

So I think it's really becoming a great app. And still it's far from done. Would love if some people would check it out, thank you!
