I would like to have a random number in a var.

@State var randomInt = Int.random(in: 1..<13)

How can i shuffle this number o ricalculate again when a button is pressed.

Iknow i a supid question, but i lost my self

Assign a new random value to the same variable:

Button {
    randomInt = Int.random(in: 1..<13)
} label: {
    Text("Shuffle")
}
