Is the create ML for everyone out of date since it was created 4 years ago?

I am watching the create ML for everyone video that runs about 43 minutes and once siri takes over and start coding she imports CreateMLUI which does not exist. And then let builder = MLImageClassifierBuilder() does not exist. And then builder.showInLiveView() does nothing. Are these deprecated in current Xcode?
