BetterSleep challenges issue when using both Stepper and Picker

In BetterSleep, the second challenge is to change the “Number of cups” stepper with a Picker showing the same range of values. It's nice sometimes to have both in a project to refer to with one commented out.

But before commenting I ran both uncommented, and the picker is 1 cup of coffee more than the picker? Just curious what's happening.
