How can I get the navigation bar area to not overlay the image?

Can someone guide me on how to post up a screenshot on this post?

I was able to get the Image to start right below the Navigation Bar and also for it to extend to the edge of the screen by setting the bottom edge of the UIImageView to constraint to the superview instead of the safe area.
