Day 22: What does Paul mean when he says to make a 'bar button item' that recommends 'Storm Viewer' to friends?

Is it a specialized bar button item?

Is it an option you get when you hit the 'share' button?

I was able to migrate the share buton over onto the main view controller and just share a string that says "Storm Viewer", but not sure if there's some sort of iOS "share this app with your friends" button. If there is, I've never seen it before.
