SOLVED: When using List and trying to have some rows not to be shown

Forums > SwiftUI

What I am trying to do is when an element in an is not enabled it do not shown in List. I have tried the following code but it leave the row empty which I do not want.

struct HomeView: View {
    @EnvironmentObject var listElements: ListElements

    var body: some View {
        NavigationView {
            VStack {
                List {
                    ForEach(listElements.items, id:\.id) { item in
                        HStack(spacing: 15) {
                            if item.isEnable {
                                HStack {
                                    Text(item.title)
                                    Spacer()
                                    Text(item.text)
                                }
                            }
                        }
                    }
                }
            }
            .navigationBarTitle("Welcome")
        }
    }
}

Is there a way to able to get the row not to show when not enable

Hi @NigelGee , did you try to add a filter directly to your array ? Something like ForEach(listElements.items.filter(\.isEnable), id:\.id)
