Toggle iCloud sync on/off

Hi! Everyone, I would like to implement a toggle button so people can choose if they want to sync with icloud anytime.

I see a couple of post with similar questions, like this: https://www.hackingwithswift.com/forums/swiftui/how-to-toggle-icloud-sync/7584, but sadly they are all unanswered.

That's why I reopen this question. Anyone could solve this problem?
