SwiftUI navigationBarItems Bug?

Is this a bug or am i doing something wrong? Its driving me crazy.

NavigationView with Navigation Bar Items gets messedup when swiping back.

NavigationView {
   SomeView{}
   .navigationBarItems(trailing:
            Button(
                action: {},
                label: { Image(systemName: "gear") }
            )
        )
}

// View2
 SomeView{}
   .navigationBarItems(trailing:
            Button(

        )

            )
