SwiftUI : Alert on any View

I want to show alert as the app moves from background to foreground. I have to make an api call as app comes to foreground. Based on response I've to show alert.

I've written api call in scenedelegate class sceneWillEnterForeground method. On response , I may have to show a single alert or multiple.

I tried using UIAlertcontroller, but once alert is shown and is dismissed, view is stuck.
