Stackview amount of text changes the height of my Image asset

I have a simple StackView that has an Image asset and a Label. If I have a small amount of text in the Label, the image on top looks great. As I add text, the image gets bigger and bigger. If I set a height for the image, it then cuts off the Label text below. I'm super confused how the amount of text is effecting the height of the Image above it.

My StackView properties: Axis: Vertical Alignment: Fill Distribution: Fill Equally Spacing: 20 Content Mode: Scale to Fill

Label properties: Text: Plain Alignment: Center Lines: 0 Baseline: Align Baselines Line Break: Clip
