SpriteKit Texture Atlas

I have some Assets from kenney.nl, which are already downloaded as a spritesheet and have a .xml document attached with the coordinates of each image and name and size. Additionally I have the images as single versions and could make my own textureAtlas with it. Question: How can I use the predefined spritesheet and corresponding .xml document to "decode" them to the proper image, instead of loading each image to my asset catalog for it?
