Shared Core Database between SwiftUI App and Swift Action/Share Extension

Hey Guys,

I'm trying to figure out how to send data from an app extension like an action or share extension from another app into my swiftUI app. I have looked at UserDefaults, Core Data, thought about maybe using JSON and codable but am not sure how to make the link between the app and the other target. Any help is appreciated thanks!
