ScrollView autoscrolling on new pages, but only after the first couple pages load.

I've posted this SO question wherein subsequent pages of items loaded cause the ScrollView to immediately scroll to the bottom, rather than maintaining its scroll position. I do a similar thing in other parts of my app without issue, but this one doesn't work on the 3rd page and beyond.

It seems like a bug in SwiftUI, but I can't figure out a workaround. In my other similar UI that works, it's a single LazyVStack, not a LazyVGrid in a LazyVStack.

Any speculation as to what might be going wrong?
