SOLVED: iCloud Capability not available in Xcode

I'm following the Designing a great model tutorial and in the section on adding capabilities to the application target, I do not see the "iCloud" capability under "Signing & Capabilities" (around the 38:00 mark in the video).

Is there something to do for those additional capabilties to be available in Xcode?

Do you have paid developer account? It is required for working with iCloud.
