Get elements in NavigationPath as array

Forums > SwiftUI

Hi everyone,

I'm creating an app with SwiftUI 4 and I'm using the new NavigationPath to handle navigation.

If path is my NavigationPath instance, I can do path.removeLast(n) to directly remove the last n elements from the path. However, I'd like to loop over the specific elements in the path to remove up to a specific hashable type, regardless of how deep I am in the stack.

Something like:

func removeUntil<T>(_ route: T.Type) where T : Hashable {
  for element in path.??? {
    // ...
  }
}

I haven't been able to find how I could achieve this, mostly because I cannot access the elements inside path. Does anyone know of a way to do this? Thank you
