Firestore Nested Binding or Environment

Is there a recommended way to share firestore data to deeply nested child views (ie 4-5 views deep). We currently have them bassed all the way down the chain of views with bindings, but then it seems like we could just use .environment. We are using snapshot listeners for live updates

Looks like there are a lot of questions about binding, sorry if this is duplicated, but didn't see anything similar.
