Custom font for navigation bar and tab bar

What's the best way for changing the fonts for both nav and tab bar? I found a few that goes back to UIKit in SO but I'm curious if anyone has found an interesting/good solution. Thanks in advance :)

From my research a while ago, the only thing to do was to ditch the navigationTitle and create a toolbar and add a text frame.

I'm no pro by the way, I'm still in the process of learning SwiftUI.
