SOLVED: Xcode 12, migrate app to use SwiftUI features for IOS 14

Hello. I started working on an app while iOS 13 was out. I would like to use some of the new features in SwiftUI for IOS 14 such as the AppStorage property wrapper. When I try to use this in my app, I am told that this is only available for IOS 14. Yes I no that and the device I am trying to run this app on is running IOS 14.2. What do I need to do to get Xcode to use IOS 14 features?
