intrinsicContentSize's width is ignoring widthAnchor

Forums > Swift

I've anchored a UILabel to a UIView with all of it's anchors, i.e. height, width, leading, trailing, top, and bottom to be equal to the view's anchors. The problem is, the intrinsicContentSize of the UILabel is greater than the widthAnchor I specified. I've attached a screenshot from Xcode for reference.

Since I'm using auto layout, I've already set the size of the frame to .zero, and yes, translatesAutoResizingMasksToConstraints is set to false. Any help would be appreciated.
