Vapor 4: thread-safe controller?

I'm trying to add member variables to my controller but not sure if the controller is thread-safe. Each request handler in controller looks like running on req.eventloop. I heard Vapor 4 controller is thread-safe but not sure how it makes each request running on same eventloop.

To permit scrolling with a gesture. Does everyone know how to perform this in SwiftUI? Does all and sundry recognise why this behavior isn't the default? I want to setup the tools on what county am i in online.
