For a macOS window containing a tableview created with Xcode 11.6 and IB. I would like to add functionality to right click on the header and have a popup menu with the tableview column names to select which columns for the tableview to show. What is the best approach to add this functionality?

So, I want the user to be able to dynamically adjust the columns shown in the tableview. How is this generaly done? Or could you point me to an example of something like this?
