Adding Filtering/Search for Hacking with macOS book Bookworm Project

Forums > macOS

In the hacking with macOS book for the Bookworm project I would like to a filter to the project. I have read the following Apple Documentation:

https://developer.apple.com/library/archive/documentation/Cocoa/Conceptual/CocoaBindings/Tasks/filtering.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/20002302-BCICADHC

I have added a search field and connected it to the viewcontroller: @IBOutlet weak var searchTextField: NSSearchField!

But I don't understand how to add the code to the search field to make it work. Looking for some help on this. Either in a post to this or a tutorial.

Thanks
