Zendesk is looking for a Technical Product Manager to own and continue to grow our native SDKs for Android, iOS, Unity and Web that provide relevant and in-context end-user experiences. In this role, you will continue to define support and engagement experiences that are used in thousands of apps and websites, helping to craft the next generation toolkits that empower developers to build streamlined experiences for our customers’ end-users.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years working with native mobile apps
  • Mobile app coding interest/experience in Swift, Objective C, Kotlin, Java, C# and/or Unity is a definite bonus.
  • An ability to develop innovative, market-leading solutions that meet customer expectations, and end-user needs.
  • An interest in exploring customer problems and recommending solutions. Collaborate closely and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers and partners.
