Looking for a developer to take over a project being built fully in SwiftUI (70% complete)

At Peek, we're building a social reading app that helps readers have discussions within the books they read via highlighting a line and leaving text in thread. Readers also discuss their favourite stories w/others when they hop into in a live audio room and can charge a monthly subscription for their book clubs! Instead of living in the comments on booktube or bookstagram we're taking the discussions into the hearts of the books we love with the people we love.

We're currently 70% through our build, but our last developer went full-time on another opportunity.

We're backed by Pioneer, an accelerator funded by Marc Andresseen and Stripe CEO!

Job Specs:

Extensive experience:

• Swift

• SwiftUI

• UIKit

• MVVM

• Threading

• Combine

• Concurrency

• Grand Dispatch Queue

• Manage & scale APIs built in Node.js

• Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, FCM, Cloud Functions, Crashlytics)

• Proficiency/familiarity with

  • Time complexity & Algorithms
  • RTC Frameworks like Agora
  • Stripe
  • UI/UX design experience
